RIGID FOAM
A two part expandable rigid urethane foam formulated to fill and reinforce pillar posts and box sections. Expands up to 10 times its original volume. Also stops wind, water and dust leaks. Eliminates panel flutter on cross members and provides sound deadening and compressive strength. Our automatic mixing system eliminates errors which are common in manual mixing.
Expands in 10 to 25 seconds
Tack free in 3 – 4 minutes
Cures in less than 1 hour
Compressive Strength 170 PSI
Density: 5.5 – 6.5 lbs. per cubic foot
Paintable and sets up hard
Can be sprayed with our 2K Spray System!
